Positive: There are two cabins, both of which seem brand new and are well furnished and stocked with great amenities. We were fortunate to get the cabin that faces out toward the Outer Hebrides and Coral Beach (you can actually see hikers in the distance). Truly feels like being at the end of the world. Great location if you want to visit the northern area of Skye like the Trotternish Peninsula. Probably 30-45 minutes from Portree, 45-60 minutes to the Quiraing, and 60-90 minutes to Sligachan. The sheep were in the pasture just feet away at the beginning of our trip, and our son loved seeing and talking to them. The cabin is cosy. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. My wife, toddler, and I fit well, but if he was a little older, it would have been cramped. This place is all about the location and view!!!

Negative: Booking.com's messaging system. I was unable to view more than a sentence or two of a message, so I could not see the part of the welcome message with the lockbox code. Even creating a Booking.com account and downloading the app did not help. How come you can't see and write messages? When we arrived, we had no idea of the code and had to wait until the host arrived home to assist. Fortunately, the wait was not long, but there needs to be a better way to communicate the lockbox code. This is a shortcoming on Booking.com's part and not at all the host's part, but it does impact the stay.

Summary: A new, nice, and cosy cabin at the top of the world with a jaw dropping view.
