Brand New Home: 2,800 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2 story home on 1/4 acre lot. All hardwood floors bleached white. Marble and quartz counters throughout. Lower level includes 1/2 bath, large living/dining room with high ceilings and flat screen t.v marble surround gas fireplace, open plan family room with large flat screen t.v kitchen, dining combo that leads to deck with 6 person cedar hot tub through Nana wall of doors. 2 flat grass areas for outdoor fun, including trampoline and gas firepit. Upstairs are the 4 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 en suite). Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, and Onyx slab shower and floating bench, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a large bathroom. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa with featherbed and ensuite bathroom. Laundry room upstairs as well. Every room has views of Richardson Bay. Driveway accommodates 3 to 4 parked cars. WiFi. Private yet close to all Mill Valley amenities and 2 minutes from 101 freeway. 10 minutes to Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. Commute bus to downtown San Francisco 2 minute walk from house.

Summary: The location, the views, the absolutely fantastic interior, this is an impeccably renovated and pristine clean home. Beautiful open concept, hot tub, close to route 101 and Muir Woods and Muir Beach. Miles of fantastic hiking trails just minutes from the house. A short drive across the golden gate to gain access to San Francisco. Excellent for families with kids or just adults. Some of the finishing touches in this home will brighten your day, free parking is very nice as well. Owner is great, fast communications and no problems at all throughout our stay! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the San Francisco area.

Summary: I gave 4 stars out of 5, which in my personal opinion is a very high rating. The only reason I gave one less star was that for me 5 stars would really mean a perfect house (5 star hotel quality) without any regular wear and tear. The property was great for this vacation. My two younger girls loved the trampoline and tire swing and my older son loved the video games. My husband and I loved the layout of the house since where ever you were (except the bathrooms) you could see the kids in the back yard. We didnt really have to worry about it being a pristine adult only type house. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into the house and we appreciated the comfortable kid freindly nature of the house. There was a lot of wear and tear around the house but that made it a bit less stressful for me with little kids. It was also a great location and the view was also great. We loved the neighborhood and the stores within a few minutes of the house. We would def consider coming back to the house in future vacations... and would recommend to friends who also want to visit that part of San Fran.

Summary: Hila was fantastic even before we arrived. We were arriving late and she easily accommodated us (twin toddlers, my husband and a pooch). The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. I really could not have been happier. The kids LOVED the yard. If you are accustomed to sleeping in a dark room, bring your sleeping mask. The house gets great sunlight (which we loved). If this home is not booked the next time we come up, I will definitely be renting it.

Summary: The house is very conveniently located, spacious and well laid out. Even though my kids are in high school, they enjoyed the back yard and the access to running and biking tracks nearby. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the laundry machine was brand new! It would have been nice if both secondary bedrooms had better curtains or shades to cover up the morning light for sleeping. We would definitely come back for another stay in the future. Hila was very helpful and responsive -- and had a basket of goodies waiting for us. Thank you!

Summary: We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the tree house, tire swing, trampoline, and hot tub. Proximity to Muir Woods and Tiburon was perfect. We took the ferry to Angel Island and had a wonderful hike to the Immigration Station. Another hit was the Bay Area Discovery Museum in Sausalito. House was very comfortable. Only issue was the skylight in the bedroom made it very bright. We had to use our portable crib and put the baby in a different room. I would love to come back another time!

Summary: Pictures dont do this home justice. It was perfect. its close enough to the city and yet a nice retreat. we loved it and will stay there again if ever in the bay area.

Summary: If you're looking for a Bay Area home, this one is a must. It's far enough from the city to get away yet close enough. The pictures don't do it justice, the home is wonderful, location is good, communication with the owner is superb. If I'm ever planning to be in the area I will definitely look at booking this place.

Summary: This property is perfectly laid out for gathering a family of all ages. Very kid friendly with backyard trampoline and kids game room conveniently next to kitchen. Beds were very comfortable with ample linens and towels. Two spacious living areas with all the media you could want. The hot tub was an added bonus. So convenient to the city or to head out to the wineries. The roses and front fountain were beautiful to come home to, thanks So much for sharing your home with us!!
