Positive: Clean easy to locate and park car outside free parking although front drive available. Use of own Bathroom on the day.

Negative: TV and coffee / tea facilities in room would give it top marks. Hot drinks facilities was available in the family kitchen.

Positive: The house is located at a 5 minute walk from a Brewers Fayre so we ate our evening meal there. Our hostess was most friendly and welcoming. We were very near the M40 which facilitated an easy onward journey in the car.

Negative: She had not been informed of our booking!

Positive: Very welcoming, friendly. Perfect place to stay for my 2 night trip. Thank you. Lovely house and garden. I felt part of a family.

Negative: The hostess does not use dairy so take some milk if you want a cup of english tea. There is coffee mate. Not a deal breaker, just thought I'd mention it.
