Positive: location was perfect, we were going to a wedding in nearby Hedsor house and so was great for that. easy check in/ check out process.

Negative: based on reviews expected the space to be cleaner, it was tidy no doubt but would not say it was clean, we found small hairs everywhere- in the bathroom (toilet seat, floor, shower), in the bed, on the surfaces (coffee table) in the fridge even. And the floor looked like it needed another good vacuum. The water in the bathroom sink also never warmed up, making it very cold to wash hands etc ( its also very small)

Positive: To recover overnight, straight after a minor foot surgery 300 metres away at the Bourne End Clinic, was absolutely perfect. The studio was cosy and clean with a tasteful decor and relaxing garden view. The pleasant host provided clear instructions to access the property using the booking.com app on my phone. A kitchenette with microwave and hob allowed simple cooking with a 4-8 minute walk to a choice of grocery stores open in evening. There was a sofa and table, working internet and a decent flatscreen TV you could watch in bed. Selection of nearby cafes where I enjoyed a tasty english breakfast crusty roll and coffee in the morning.

Negative: I don't have any real complaints.

Summary: A cosy and clean studio with a tasteful decor and relaxing garden view.

Positive: Beautiful and well kept apartment in quiet location of Bourne End. Apartment is comfortably furnished and very very clean. Warmly welcomed by Jenni and coffee, milk etc. supplied. We will certainly be returning.

Positive: Great hospitality from Jenny and Graham and a cute studio with lots of thoughtful touches. There were teabags and coffee, salt and pepper and even milk in the fridge. Several hooks and hangers for clothes, more hooks in the bathroom for towels, plenty of sockets and even one next to a mirror so that you can use a hairdryer without being a contortionist. Other property owners take note! The kitchenette has a two-ring hob and a microwave - only one small saucepan and little frying pan but enough to cook a very simple meal. There’s even a coffee table that transforms in seconds to a dining / work table. Space-saving genius. So many considerate touches you just know you’re in good hands.
