Summary: Don’t get me wrong, it was a lovely stay in a very quirky styled room. Although the overhead shower needs repositioning as it is washing more of the pipes/taps than me due to the sloped roof. I would love to score it higher, I would have done if this was for the hotel room only but I booked for a room with breakfast included. This is where the final part of our stay left us with a sour end to what had been a lovely evening. The breakfast included DOES NOT include drinks, I have never stayed at a hotel without drinks included when it is labelled “breakfast included” £4 for a tea, £4 for a coffee and then worst part… £4 for a small glass of orange juice poured from a carton that could be purchased from a shop for 80p. So the “breakfast included” cost an extra £13.50 for the drinks & the tip they added on too! This was feedback to the staff, the response was “Yeah, we get this feedback a lot” Time for a revisit on there “breakfast inc” If I had known, I would have booked the room only and gone elsewhere for a breakfast. Full English was the only “inc” dish, lots of alternatives but of course… with an extra fee! Watch out for this!!

Summary: The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the fact that you pay extra to have breakfast included but this doesn't include drinks and they charge you £5 for a coffee and £4 for an orange juice! The room was lovely but a bit dated and showing signs of age and there was a lot of airborne dust

Summary: For a 'Decadent' standard of room, there were several areas of concern. Broken window pane. No fridge. Light bulbs needing replacement. Cracked mirrors in shower. Tap control to bath broken. Shower floor panel loose. Towel rail not heated.

Summary: The rooms are really small and cramped , the whole hotel is just a pure money making scheme from 125 day beds to minimum Spend on everything , ruined the experience wouldn’t use again.
