Positive: The room was great. Ammenities were plentiful and it was close to the train station. They offered free breakfast but unfortunately I had to get the train early. The staff were helpful with my bags and gave good advice about the castle and what to see.

Negative: I wish they had breakfast from 6am.

Positive: Good breakfast although the area is a bit small. Very friendly staff. Close to railway station. Easy to get buses to Wakayama Castle area.

Negative: Not keen on a 3pm check in and 10am checkout or late checkout at Y1500 per hour for late checkout.
