Positive: Kind and helpful staff (staff from first floor coffeeshop also helps maintaining property. they were very helpful with accommodating us with some of the issues noted below.) Very clean Spacious Quiet Roof terrace, which could be nice in pleasant weather Large enclosed bath next to shower

Negative: Our review is for winter (the review for the warmer weather would be different.) Toilet is outside the unit in an unheated/unairconditioned space. Shower is outside the unit and upstairs in an unheated/unairconditioned space. While the door to the shower from the stairwell locks, there is another door that leads into the bath area, and another door from there to the terrace: neither of these latter doors lock. No hot water anywhere except in the shower. This includes the sink in the "kitchenette" in the apartment. The "kitchenette" has a fridge, a microwave, a water pot and a hot plate. But plates, spoons, forks, pots, cups and so forth are not provided. We had to request these from the cafe. One cannot do any serious cooking in this unit. The unit advertises WiFi, and the check-in instructions includes an SSID, but this SSID does not exist at all: there does not seem to be a router anywhere in the unit. We had to use the cafe's WiFi, which fortunately was a strong enough signal most of the time. The cafe staff also gave us access to another network, which proved to be a little faster.
