Positive: Good location- close to Wakayama station A bit far from tourist destinations Nice to have own space clean comfortable place to stay
Negative: No luggage storage The Air Conditioner in my cubicle wasn’t as cool as I would like and when compared to others and unfortunately there was no way to change it

Positive: The cubic room was well designed (with even a TV inside!). Everything is automatically secure, so I felt safe. The place was clean and spacious. The location is also perfect to travel from/to Wakayama Station.

Positive: Location was very convenient if you need to be near the train station. There's also a 7/11 round the corner. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great.
Negative: Didn't like the fact that you still had to rent a bath towel separately should just put it in the cost of the room and the common lounge is kind of small.
