Negative: The capsule was cramped as predicted. Paying extra for a towel is bogus. And staff is unfriendly.

Positive: The cubic room was well designed (with even a TV inside!). Everything is automatically secure, so I felt safe. The place was clean and spacious. The location is also perfect to travel from/to Wakayama Station.

Negative: The heat was set way too high one night, but the staff rectified this afterwards.

Positive: Location was very convenient if you need to be near the train station. There's also a 7/11 round the corner. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great.

Negative: Didn't like the fact that you still had to rent a bath towel separately should just put it in the cost of the room and the common lounge is kind of small.
