Positive: Our room was on the first floor and parking space was right in front of the door. Liked larger refrigerator. TV had good channel selection. King bed was comfortable and liked Pendleton spread. Toilet and shower were together in one room and sink was by bed.....different arrangement but we got used to it.

Negative: On the surface the room looked clean....needed vacuuming around the edges and there were major cobwebs in the corner by the heater/AC unit. Only had three hangers in closet area. Toilet seat was loose. View out of back window was a pile of ladders and a jumble of other assorted surplus equipment covered in weeds. Not a pretty sight.

Negative: The front office smelled like rotten food. No one around at check out so I walked around the front desk and witnessed a hoarding situation in the back room. Refrigerator was open and full of rotten food. Didn’t really affect our stay but the smell was overwhelming. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the property.

Positive: The manager lady was very helpful and so kind as to allow us to do a load of washing in her laundry. It's the little things that make a big difference when on a road trip.
