Positive: WONDERFUL location! Found Stevenson to be a lovely town. Enjoyed the closeness to activities. And we saw so much wildlife in the yard, river, and skies!

Negative: I REALLY feel the 10 am check out is unfair. My family can only manage this visit once a year, and to not have time for a breakfast together on day of departure is really annoying. With a number of people, including a child, it's not possible to have a relaxed breakfast together because there's so much to do to get out by 10.

Summary: Price was okay, however, we felt rushed to use hours allowed wisely in order to get full value.

Positive: The house was amazing, super clean and comfortable. It has a wonderful deck with views of the river. It is close to a ton of great trails, with everything you might need close by. Wifi was fast. The welcome book had great local recommendations for food, groceries, etcetera and their reviews were spot on. Being able to do laundry daily was a plus, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The room that says two twin beds actually has one twin with a trundle. Worked out fine, but a bit less roomy for two adults to share.

Summary: Perfect place for a group or family to stay while exploring the amazing Columbia River Gorge!

Positive: Accommodated 5 poeple comfortably, had everything we needed and more, and the fire pit was amazing!

Negative: Not too concerning, just didn't want to make a mess, but full closure of the showerr and tub. My husband is a big man and he can't help himself but make a lot of splash. To include my son. I'm a short person and I tried my best not to splash everywhere.

Positive: The view was exceptional. The house was very clean. Instructions all over the house were awesome. The house was very comfortable with the exception of the futon but otherwise super cute.

Negative: Could use a bigger frying pan and a more comfortable couch
