Positive: Great location. Spacious. Modern and updated. Nice views. Easy access.

Negative: Needed a window covering on window to the street. We had to move something to cover the window facing the street at night. Also need more hooks for towels and clothes. I had to buy a small over the door hook for our towels. We were only two people. Not sure how 4 people would have managed the towel situation and how to hang them.

Positive: Beautiful view of the river. Only a block or two to brewery restaurants, a coffee shop, and a great park on the river.

Negative: The interface between Vacasa and Booking is a little clunky resulting in a lot of duplicate email updates, and certain things require a separate Vacasa login. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.

Negative: It's run by a company that runs places and they send you these emails that are just absolutely endless so trying to find just like the pertinent information like the address or basic details are sometimes annoying if you're using their emails because you have to scroll and scroll but outside of that
