Positive: The host has a gift to gather nice people together. Therefore, we had a pleasure to meet and spend time with not only locals but also some fellow travellers. The property itself is in very nice tranquil location, has a cute backyard with atmospheric environment to chill. Plenty of beach restaurants around. Even arranged us a last minute surfing lesson!

Positive: It was very conveniently located near the beach. The owner was very kind and hospitable.

Negative: It wasn't great value for money. It was one of the more expensive places we stayed in India but it was the only place with no hot water or breakfast. The bed mattress was very hard so the bed was uncomfortable and it was difficult to sleep. The owner did give us an extra pillow, which helped.
