Positive: Clean rooms. Extremely green soothing surroundings. Polite and helpful staff. They arranged a cab and auto for us. Offered us coffee for free while we arrived early and the room was getting prepared. They have a washroom facility near the reception as well where we could freshen up while waiting. The beach is just a 5 min walk from the stay.
Negative: I would recommend providing complimentary tea/coffee/milk sachets in the rooms as there is no dining facility at the property.

Positive: Closer location to the beach. There are a lot of cafes on the beach.
Negative: Minimal parking space even though I had no problem. Access roads are narrow which is across gokarna.

Positive: The staff was very polite specially Mr. Ankit and Mr. Lakshman. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Location was a bonus as it is close to beach. it's a fabulous stay very close to nature with ample of parking facility.
Negative: The path to the stay from main road was little risky and road is not there at all, it's muddy a way. During raining season it's risky. It would have been better if there would be a proper road.
Summary: It was a fabulous stay and really loved it.
