Negative: The parking leaves a bit to be desired, 6 spaces on one side and maybe 10 on the other for a four floor hotel isn’t adequate.

Positive: The gal that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Negative: The water in bathroom sink didn't go down very well the faucet handle in tbe bathroom came off, and the safe wasn't opening for us. We brought all these things to the attention of the staff.

Positive: The hotel was very quiet. No hallway noise-at any hour!

Negative: The pullout sofa looked worn and grungy-used a towel to cover the cushion to sit on it. Did not like the toilet paper being to the left and behind the toilet-difficult to reach.

Positive: Breakfast was good, a bit different each morning. Some fruit would have been a nice addition. Almost all of the staff were very nice and pleasant.

Negative: Freight trains at night almost every hour! Blasted their horns and you could feel the vibration from it! Upon check in, after driving nearly 6 hours, we arrived at 2:15pm. Lucy, was very rude about check in is at 3!!! No offer to wait in lobby or anything! We left and came back at 3. Then while checking in asks for ID and wants it immediately! I lost my patience with her and said she could wait until I finished filling out the required paperwork. Not once did she smile, say thank you.
