This circa 1940 story and half cottage is a NON-SMOKING, non-vaping property located in a quiet residential neighborhood with off street parking , Outdoor security camera and EV charging available.
The 3 season room, which is a favorite, is perfect for morning coffee or an evening night cap! Newly remodeled kitchen & bath. Perfect for 2 guests but can accommodate up to four.
Extra bathroom amenities include a heated ceiling fan and towel bar warmer.
We are blocks from St.Feriole Island and the historic Villa Louis and Dousman House. It’s a short distance to downtown for shopping and dining.

Summary: This was a great place to stay and the location is perfect. Very central to so many things to see and do. Excellent curb appeal that carries throughout the house as well. Sandy was great and do not miss staying here- you won't be disappointed.

Summary: Everything was pristine, as if she had made everything new just for us. Comfortable space, lovely cottage, loved spending mornings on the 3 seasons porch, comfortable bed, nice shower, with luxurious linens, great location. Loved the suggestions of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.
