Positive: Good location for Scarborough & Whitby. Very quiet being in a cul-de-sac. Very homely & clean, had excellent facilities, lots of room having a separate lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility & conservatory. Very handy having a second toilet off the utility. Kitchen has an oven, hob, combination microwave & air fryer. Washing machine was very handy having 2 children with us.

Negative: Minor things - extractor fan didn’t work as not plumbed in. Towels too small for adults & could do with a cork or bamboo mat in the wet room. Toilet seat in wet room loose.

Summary: Excellent location, facilities & cleanliness loved our stay

Positive: Very well decorated and comfortable (especially the beds) close enough for all the amenities Scarborough has to offer, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful village life.

Positive: Real care was taken to make the property comfortable and relaxing with a holiday vibe. Comfy double bed. Everything we needed in the kitchen including an air fryer! Blankets for cosy tv evenings with a smart TV. Less than 10 minutes walk to the small village of Scalby with two great pubs; the food in the Plough was delicious. Easy bus ride into Scarborough with bus stop at end of street.

Negative: A tiny thing- a table could be provided in the garden. But we loved it all!
