Positive: Location was lovely, handy inn doing our evening meals meant we didn't have to cook. Regular bus to whitby and Scarborough. All the appliances complete with detergentsmade for a wonderful stay.

Negative: The key lock box was difficult to open. It was very hot it would have been nice to be able to open the roof light, or windows to let hot air out. Parking is a little tight, luckily I only have a small car.

Summary: The type of holiday home I would highly recommend to friends over and over again and revisit.

Positive: Loved the property, beautiful and very relaxing. We stayed with two older kids and a small dog. It was perfect. Sofas were wonderful so no fighting over who sat where!! Two toilets were a major bonus too for similar reasons! Beds were super comfy. And as for the location, we fell in love with North Yorkshire! Thank you for everything!

Negative: No grounds for dog but you can’t have it all!!

Positive: Location was brilliant for all attractions and walks Size was decent of house Quality of everything was good Comfort .beds and sofas lovely Amenities around house great all included Décor was lovely Price was great

Negative: I think they allow pets as we could smell dogs on the sofas and throws ?. The parking is a bit tight The property became quite stuffy in the Evening as weren't able to open windows
