Summary: A perfect location and perfect apartment for 2 people!! Easy check in and check out process. The apartment was clean and neatly kept! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. All appliances (big & small) worked great. Clean well kept bathroom. I did not have any issues with The WiFi router during my stay. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this same apartment!!

Summary: Beautiful ocean view. Even though this is a condo, it was quiet. Nice pool and grounds. There is no air conditioning so be aware of this. 3 out of the 6 nights we stayed there the internet went out. Restarting the router worked on one of these instances, but not the rest. It was back up in the AM.

Summary: This property was perfect. From the first time I stayed at this place I was sold. This is my 3rd time staying at the main location, but this unit was perfect. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, balcony view of Ocean and MakeMyVacation has never disappointed. Now I definitely know what unit and side of building I need to be in for breathtaking views. The check in process was easy, and it’s one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve had for cookware.

Summary: I came to visit my son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton. The location was perfect! He and his girlfriend enjoyed coming over for a swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub. The walk to the Thursday night farmer’s market is a must!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. the views may not be direct ocean view, but they are great. This was perfectly suitable for our family of 3. Every nook & corner was neat and the kitchen was stocked with utensils for us to cook. The beach is a stone's throw away and it was so pleasant to take a walk in the morning.Overall our stay was fabulous. The management of the property was extermely pleasant to work with. They followed up on little things and ensure i had great stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the complex. Unit has nice furniture but outdated kitchen. If you cook alot it's a problem. It's on the north side so no sunshine in unit. Good for summer to keep cool, not so much the rest of the time of year. Property managers are great and will rent with them again. Love to not pay platform fees and book directly on their site. Would be nice if they supplied shampoo and conditioner too and dishwashing soap like most do, but the savings is probably better.
