Summary: We came up for Labor Day and had a wonderful time. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The only thing I would consider doing is investing in a better mattress for the pull out couch and better quality bedding for the king bed, that’s just me being nit picky. We had a lovely time and it was so nice to have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided! Thank you!

Summary: Beautiful and well appointed beach condo! Beautiful grounds and a short walk to Strand Beach. In the summer, it’s best to keep your windows open for the breeze which really cools down the unit, however, it lets in a lot of noise. The groundskeeper starts working about 7:00-7:30 on weekdays so you might get an earlier start to your day than you planned.

Summary: Loved the property and access to the beach. Beautiful pool grounds and loved using the onsite grills. Only negative we ran into was we ran out of toilet paper the day before we left and had to go buy some. 2 rolls is not enough for a week with 2 teenage girls - IYKYK. Otherwise loved our trip and would definitely stay there again!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time at this updated North Coast Village condo. Everything was beautiful and clean. Tim thought of everything we needed including beach chairs and towels and beach toys. The fans he provided worked great to keep the place cool since there was no a/c. Sectional couch was really comfy! We loved this place and would definitely stay here again!
