Summary: The grounds are amazing and this place was perfect for a couple. Steps to beach and minutes to plenty of restaurants and pier

Summary: Kitchen was well stocked, with just a couple of exceptions. The complex has a barbeque area, but the unit did not have any barbeque tools - tongs, brush. Also a couple of more wine glasses would have been nice. There was an issue with the dishwasher and it had to be replaced. It was handled quickly by the owners. I don't know when the unit was last used or checked, but when we opened the dishwasher there was an foul smell. Someone should have noticed before we got there. The welcome letter provided a lot of information, but there were a few things missing. There was no information on how to work the heating system (we were there in November). There was no information on where to put the garbage, what to recycle, and where to put the recycling. Also, the leaving instructions in the welcome letter were different from the instructions posted in the unit.

Summary: We just LOVE North Coast Village and stay there whenever we come to Oceanside. This place was clean, nicely decorated, and very well-stocked. We were SO grateful for the beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels. It was so helpful for our trip! Would stay again!

Summary: We loved this place! It was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and had lots of great things for the beach (wagon, chairs, boogie boards)! Ben & Chrissy responded promptly. We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to come back again!

Summary: Facility is a comprised of separate buildings connected by a maze of tree lined pathways. Grounds are very well maintained, and protected by security fences. There are nearby restaurants, and the Oceanside peer is just a short walk down the beach.

Summary: The complex is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were surprised that we had to wait until exactly 3:00 to check in. We arrived at 2:50 and were told to come back in 10 minutes. The condo was well equipped, but the carpets are in need of a good cleaning or replacing. There were some wifi issues and we were 2 days without wifi. The owners were helpful in getting it back working.

Summary: This condo was just perfect - good size, on great property (lots of plants/waterfalls/etc), right next to beach. The overall property is huge with many units in smaller buildings of 3-4 floors. Lots of stairs to get around the property so not for mobility issues. Beach has smooth sand and fun watching the surfers.
