Summary: Breakfast room is clean and well maintained. Basic Continental breakfast. The hotel is clean. The room was clean but we rented 3 rooms for the family. One room smelled very musty. The Heating /cooling system in two of the rooms did not work well. Doesn't maintain the room temp. Either sweating or freezing at night. Maid did not come to our room and we stayed 4 nights. We discovered by the second day you have to put out sign to request maid. We put out sign and still not service. Check out was challenging. We wanted to split the bill and pay with debit for a portion. The front desk person had a very difficult time figuring this out.

Summary: Building was quiet, bed was very comfortable, but air conditioning unit had an issue with fan or some mechanism and noise was well above a normally loud air conditioner. Had to turn it off to sleep, but then had to turn on for 15 min increments as it was too warm.

Summary: You advertise for this hotel to have a hot tub and swimming pool however they have not had a hot tub for 2 years. Your add is very misleading and I would not have booked this hotel had I known it did not have a hot tub, Shame on you hotels.com for not providing accurate information

Summary: I was named Guest of the Day! Was upgraded to a fantastic suite! Bed was fantastic. Had a great meal at Lou's Grill, 5 minutes away. Lots of dining options.

Summary: I had a couple of extra days while in the Vancouver area so l stayed in Abbotsford to have easier access to the local rural amenities. I'm so glad l choose to stay at The Coast at Abbotsford. The interior was quite charming with a feel of luxury. The only let down was that the swimming pool was closed. There was a notice at the front desk of the closure but it wasn't accessible for two days prior to the beginning date stated in the notice and l couldn't get a straight or reasonable answer as to why. That was my top priority for picking that location so not getting access to the pool for the the days l stayed there was extremely disappointing. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Summary: The lovely woman who checked us in was great. Room was quite spacious, AC was wonderful. Room was clean and modern looking. One bed had the worst sounding springs ever. Any movement sent a nails-on-chalkboard screech out. Pool was ok, hot tub was out of commission permanently. Breakfast was decent, ok selection but nothing overly special or notable either good or bad.
