Positive: The cabins are nice and quiet, with a nice view of the valley. Service was generally good.
Negative: Bring spare cash!! Upon checkout, we were 100,000 VND (~$5AUD) short (ironically because they charged me twice for the 100,000 VND laundry service: The cook charged me 250,000 VND for breakfast and told me that it included the laundry fee but they also added it to the final bill). I really didn't mind paying an extra $5 but they weren't offering any other payment methods and the nearest ATMs are 1.5 hours (3 hour round trip) in either direction. We even offered to give them an extra $50AUD cash but they declined. Eventually, after I scratched my head for ten minutes to try to figure out what we might have that we could give them, they told us that we could take their QR code into the bank with some cash at the next town, we could deposit it in their account. All part of the adventure, I guess?
Summary: Don't forget to go to the ATM first.

Positive: Loved the room even though small and the location was very good. Outlook lovely.
Negative: Not at all clean. Hair in the shower drain, mirror dirty, windows dirty, more than 10 cigarette butts on the bow balcony etc. A simple thorough clean can't be that hard for such a small room.

Positive: Amazing views of the clouds, stars and sunrise from our bed. Very quiet for Ta Xua. The aircondition worked great so the bungalow was warm The owner managed to organise a great overnight hiking trip for us on super short notice. Thank you again!

Positive: Pretty quiet. Nice view from the terrace.
Negative: The view from the room was blocked by trees, but still nice partial view. Bathroom not really clean, some mold and hairs.
