Positive: Staff were helpful n the electric blanket was a life saver in the cold! Very comfortable

Negative: The resort didn’t take credit cards despite reconfirmation twice that they did. And staff didn’t speak English. Had to google translate

Positive: The location is great, the room was clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful, however they dont speak English so google translate is a must!

Negative: It was noisy because of the other guests, but the ecolodge prepared earplags in the room and with that it was ok.

Positive: Breakfast was basic but tasty, staff and service was excellent. The room, as advertised was very small, but comfortable. The dorm style made it really loud when a large group arrived and we're up late at night and again up really early the next morning, but noise cancelling headphones sorted that out. Facilities are good and the views incredible

Positive: I loved everything, the location is beautiful the people are very kind and always willing to help with my transport and Phong even took time on his day off to come with me on a trek. The food was great and very cheap. This place is very quiet deep in the mountain with beautiful scenery and I even had the dorm for myself. I definitely recommend

Negative: The pool could use a bit of cleaning but it does rain quite often which probably doesn't help keeping it clean
