Positive: The property is right in the centre of Raches, but away from the noise of the square. The apartment has everything you are likely to need. The host was very friendly and helpful. We may well come back on a future visit to Ikaria.

Positive: Newly renovated, bathroom was very good with separate shower (many places in Greece have the shower almost on top of the loo). Nice touches like electric shutters. Comfortable bed. We stayed in the studio apt mid Sep and it was very quiet. Maybe because it’s at the back of the building and also because there were no parties at Christos village. Great location, 1min walk to restaurants.

Positive: The location was perfect. It was cool even in the very hot days. The village has anything you might need. Kyriakos is a great, friendly and very helpful host. The apartment was really spacious and very clean. Perfect both for short and long stay. The best think was the apartment's temperature. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it and go back.

Positive: During our stay at the apartments, we had an incredible experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. As a group of five individuals, we were new to the island, but the host introduced us to the top local spots for both everyday life and nightlife. This made our stay even more enjoyable, and we fell in love with the island thanks to the host's hospitality. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the house which made us feel even more comfortable. Additionally, the interior design of the house was beautifully decorated and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location close to taverns, bars, and the most beautiful beaches in Greece.
