Summary: We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Summary: We loved everything from the booking to the end of our stay. I’ve never dealt with such a warm, hospitable host as Stephanie. They have thought of everything for their home, even supplying a lighter for the bbq and an ice chest out by the pool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a wonderful time. I will definitely want this home again on our next visit to Chico.

Summary: This is our second time staying at the house and we booked our trip while sitting by the pool during our last visit. We loved it so much. The house is clean and comfortable. You feel like you’re at a friend’s house or your favorite aunts house. It’s not barely furnished with four forks and knives. It’s a fully loaded kitchen, two ice chests by the pool, big soft couches, games, first aid kit, everything in the house is meant for your use. The owner is so nice and helpful. The communication was perfect. I can’t recommend this house enough.
