Positive: This is a stunningly beautiful hotel in an equally stunningly beautiful location. The exceptional design of the building conveys a relaxed ambiance that also keeps the building cool throughout the midday heat. The staff is great as is the food. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.

Negative: Our four-person room was rather cold at night (in late Dec) despite using the heater, so some extra blankets would have been welcome. This place no doubt comes into its own in the summer when the room would be lovely and cool.

Positive: This place was amazing! The house is located literally in a very old Kasbah that's run by a family, so there is little to no tourists, meaning you'll enjoy the same architechture and culture as in the famous Ait Ben Haddou without all the noise and tourism that ruins it. It's the perfect place to relax, disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings and it's magnificente people. The house is beautiful and the rooms spacious, but the best thing is the staff which is always so helpful and kind, they take it to the next level and are always at your service. They also have a restaurant there so you don't have to worry about it, and their breakfast is quite generous. Thank you so much for making my stay so much better!

Negative: I think it's probably because of the remote location, but water (for showers) is quite limited and it's not as comfortable as it would normally be, but I understand that it's probably because there is no proper water service in such a remote area.
