Positive: I stayed 10 nights in this cozy little apartment. It was equipped with all the basics. I didn't cook meals, but if needed there are amenities for that. The bed's mattress is very thin and on the hard side but was comfortable enough. AC works well and the apartment is very quiet. Washing machine in the apartment. The furniture is a bit on the cheap side and already worn-out. The cleanliness was probably a 6/10. The host came to clean the room and change the sheets on request. Pool on the ground floor and on the rooftop terrace. Gym was small and minimalistic. There are 2 cable machines, some cardio machines (treadmill and bikes) and enough free weights to have a decent workout. Location is a bit far from the center (Sukhumvit). I had to go there every day and on average a taxi would take me about ~1 hour with traffic. I used the public transport on the way back (the SBT) and this also took about an hour. There is a 7/11 next to the property that is opened very late. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward.

Positive: The room comes with almost everything including a washing machine and utensils. Very new and very clean. Nice shampoo and shower gel as well. The building as a whole is very clean.

Negative: A little small, no night stands, making it a little difficult to place the cellphones.

Summary: Nice and enjoyable stay.
