Positive: We loved the soft mattresses and pillows, it was heaven to sleep on. The staff are excellent, very friendly and approachable. The place is very new, very clean and the rooms are big. The beds and furnishing are something we had not seen in a hotel anywhere and look really plush.

Negative: This is a new hotel and a new venture for the owners, so I am reluctant in many ways to comment here. However, I hope that these comments can be taken by the owners as items upon which to improve their lovely boutique hotel. The first thing that greeted us when we opened the door to the hotel foyer was the smell of stale cigarettes, which was also in the corridor outside our room but not in the room, thankfully. The hotel has a similar name to a furniture shop about 7 or 8 km further away, which can cause confusion for taxis, so please be aware and ensure you have the correct address to provide to the driver. The room I booked was supposed to have a desk and seat, but this was not the case, so trying to work without seating was impossible when I went downstairs to sit in the foyer area; that strong smell of stale cigarette smoke was just too much.
