Positive: Welcome home! Nothing more to say. This amazing house & his owners treat you like family. Very lovely couple care about everything what you want & need. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We definitely coming back when in BKK.

Negative: Nothing! Just you need a car/mocy. It’s little bit far from the city.

Positive: Breakfast was great - we stayed two nights and had a western breakfast the first morning, and Thai the second. The rooms were clean and large. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and drove us to the station on multiple occasions. We were treated like family.

Positive: Great location, very friendly owners, and comfortable rooms. Location was quiet and comfortable. We could use the kitchen for our dinner as it was meant to surprise our daughter. The living room offers a lot of space for us to work and meet our visitors. Shopping center Central LadPrao was easy to reach by car. The pool is very nice. Breakfast served by the owners is extensive, Although it was a short stay at AP house, we could enjoy the facilities and the hospitallity of Paul and A .

Negative: There was a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom. Our room was also very light and, generally, we didn’t feel private. The living room was hot and smelly.

Positive: We wanted to stay in a real house, rather than the high rise hotels we'd be been staying at. We couldn't have been more pleased. The house was a huge architect (with help from the owner) designed property in the suburbs of Bangkok. We thought we were getting an AirBnB type rental for the night, but as others have said, we were made to feel like very welcome house guests when we arrived. Ay (husband) even came out on his moped to help our taxi driver find the house, and then skimmed the pool (at 9.30 at night!) so we could have a swim. We had a comfortable night, and then a breakfast with a combination of Western and Thai foods before being waved on our way. It's not the easiest place to find, but so worth while when you get there!

Negative: Nothing - we were overwhelmed with what we got.

Summary: Really good value, and the best overnight stay we had on our three week tour of the area.

Positive: The house and the garden with the pool are really more than great. The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean and modern. The owners are wonderful, they even took us to the metro station. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Don't go to the hotel, come to the house of Paul and her husband.
