Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.

Summary: We came to Cocoa for a concert at Riverfront Park and this apartment was the perfect home base. Within walking distance of downtown Cocoa, a short drive to Cocoa Beach and the Brevard Zoo, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Very cozy and clean apartment.
