Summary: Adorable converted guest cottage with full kitchen and free parking. 5-minute walk to historic downtown Cocoa. Bed was comfortable, and the property kitty (Mama Cat) was sweet. Great communication with Deborah. Wonderful stay overall.

Summary: We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay were not answered but the owner was very responsive once we arrived. She even quickly and graciously helped us at night when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We would definitely stay here again.
