We certainly love all of our furry friends but due to guest allergies they are not allowed on property so that everyone who visits can enjoy their stay!
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: We strictly abide by the "Good Neighbor Policy" your full security deposit is at risk if we have an incident with police or neighbors. Please only park in designated space in driveway. No loud noise (music, party, fireworks, etc.) Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of the neighbors.

Summary: After having an issue with our first booking due to Plumbing at that home we were very happy to be able to be accommodated by the host. The bungalow is excellent. Very clean and in an amazing neighborhood just a block and a half from the water. Communication with the host was very easy and thorough. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.
