Summary: Hotel was busy due to the Metallica concert but was clean and comfortable. When I went to check in the front desk person completely ignored me and tended to the person that jumped the line. When he left, she looked at me and then to the person standing behind me. I thought she was going to skip me again but fortunately she didn’t. Kind of shocked it happened at a Marriott. Usually service is better than that.
