Summary: The Inn is enchanting. Lovely setting, patio, evening fireplace, delicious treats and beverages all the time. Exceptional breakfast. The chef prepared delicious sandwiches for me to take to my retreat. The staff went above and beyond with joy.

Summary: We’ve been going to this inn for about 25 years now. We’ve seen it go through 4 different owners. Rock city has bought the Inn and it’s lost that personal touch we were used to. Does not have that cozy feel anymore! And the breakfast is the minimum now, used to have a lot more food. Disappointed! Sad!!

Summary: Problem with how to use TV. Staff needs to be better informed indirections for driving on the Mt and how to get there. Also fine dining in the area. Otherwise, you are way above the curve

Summary: My room was Fantastic. I asked for a spa tub because of the long motorcycle and they exchanged my room for one with a Jacuzzi Tub. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept better than I do at home
