2 Bedroom House in Lookout Mountain

This bluff rental is located on the lower level of the house. It is completely separate from the upper flat/floor where the owner lives. It has its own private entrance, which includes a massive deck that faces west toward the bluff. The house is approximately 70 feet from the bluff. The bluff views, sunsets are magnificent! This will accommodate 4 people. No parties or events allowed. The owner lives upstairs on a completely separate floor.
Please note the very steep driveway. The parking options: mid-level for one vehicle (see picture) or at the top of the steep driveway in either of the two gravel spaces. When icy or snow you must park at the top of the driveway.
The only entrance to the VRBO is via the glass sliding door located on the lower rear deck.
Just follow the small stairs to the right of the garage door and then the rock pathway to the lower rear deck. The glass sliding door will be unlocked just prior to your expected arrival time.

Please note the house rules pertaining to absolutely no parties or gatherings. The maximum amount of guests at any one time is 4. Please do not invite guests in addition to your specified reservation number.

Summary: What a beautiful property. Excellent and very friendly host. And the view is everything! Family and I had a great time just relaxing and loving the mountain air.

Summary: This home is not just clean and spacious. It also offers you total privacy and some of the most spectacular views from atop lookout mountain. The interior of the house was pristine and ha everything you would need. The host orovided laundry soap and shampoo as well. Could not have asked fora bettersituation.

Summary: When the owner says the driveway is steep, know that it is very steep. Not a little steep, but the kind of steep where you can't see the drive infront of the nose of your car until you start going down. We managed fine, but it was a bit nerve-racking the 1st time. The path to the lower level is clearly marked. There are wooden stairs that take you up to deck & the sliding doors of the flat. When you get into the space that feels like an apartment. The space is very clean and the pictures are very accurate. There was one TV that was easy to use and we just watched things from our Prime account. The kitchen was user friendly & stocked. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were lovely. The view of the valley was amazing & the sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
