Summary: Lovely cozy apartment with everything I needed for my week-long stay in Kanab. Conveniently located near a grocery, several restaurants, and a short drive from the Best Friends Sanctuary. Property owners were responsive and proactive, let me know about a temporary issue up front and asked me how I'd like them to handle it. I was comfortable in the apartment and had one of the best weeks of my life here!

Summary: The house was great, clean and just perfect for our stay . It was situated down town , walking distance to restaurants and shops . It is about 30 mins to Zion and 90 mins to Bryce .

Summary: The apartment was wonderful.Great location.It was clean,homey,and extremely well stocked with everything you would need when a way from home.I loved having a washer and dryer as we were volunteering at Best Friends and got very dirty! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and close to Bryce and Zion. It was perfect for our stay.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The 2 recliners and TV were great after a lone day exploring the surrounding area. Kanab has quite a few good places to eat out as well. Will stay here again if we are ever in this part of the country again. Thank you.

Summary: This was a perfect property for our week's stay. It is close to the centre of town but despite being close to the road it is very quiet. It's a great base for visiting all the big attractions like Bryce , Zion , The Grand Canyon and all the local sites like Yellow Rock, Mansard Trail , Toadstools , Big Water and Lick Wash. House was very comfortable and cooking facilities were excellent-it couldn't have suited us better. We loved it .

Summary: This was most ideal for our needs. We wanted a base to stay at that would be reasonably priced and clean, while being close to all the outdoor adventures we had planned. “Gram’s place” definitely met all of our wishes. Gary was very good at reaching out to us with all pertaining info, the apartment was easy to find, extremely clean and stocked well with all the basics. Would HIGHLY recommend this cute apartment!
