Positive: We liked everything, the apartment is modern, clean, a touch of luxury, all 3 bedroom were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were very nice, 2 big showers. The outstanding part is the view just wow ever changing just could sit and watch for hours. Great communication with the owner always available. A huge yes from us. The town itself was perfect, great places to swim, eat, bakery for breakfast every morning. Places to sit and watch the world go by. We took 2 boat trips which we enjoyed. We didn't use the car all week. Perfect describes it.

Negative: The walk up can be a challenge in the heat especially for my mum but it never stopped us venturing down.

Positive: A beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and fully equipped apartment with an amazing sea view. Comfy beds in every bedroom and great bathrooms filled with fancy soaps and shampoos. Also the welcome basket with coffee and teas available was nice. The Cavtat guide sent to us in advance was very helpful, getting there and the key systems were easy to use. The hosts were welcoming and available. We travelled early, not the peak season yet, and were very lucky to check-in early and even check-out later. The location was very good in a quiet neighbourhood, but still a short walk to town and beach, bus stop, supermarkets. Tip: wake up early to enjoy your morning coffee and early sunshine on the balcony!

Negative: The parking lot next to the building was a bit crowded with stuff but it didn't really matter since we only walked past it.

Positive: We've stayed in many apartments in Europe and this was one of our (if not the) best ones! The unit was incredibly spacious, 3 full bathrooms!! (Which is really helpful for a family of 6), beautiful amenities, beds and couches were comfortable, loved the outdoor balcony and gorgeous views, and the hosts were responsive and organized (sent a weblink with ALL the units information and local recommendations - extremely easy to navigate). I also really appreciated the electric blinds for every window. As a mom, I never sleep well, but the blinds were like black out curtains and the beds and comforter so comfy, I slept like a baby! There were also family games and puzzles and we ended our long sightseeing days with a Netflix movie each night. Their TV was also impressive! We were so pleased, they thought of everything and more. 5 min walk to "downtown" where there's a bus stop, small convenience store, restaurants, playground and a beautiful walking path around the peninsula! About 30 min drive to Dubrovnik.

Positive: It's expensive, but you truly get what you are paying for. Gorgeous apartment with all the facilities you could need, plus an absolutely fantastic kitchen and living room. The best thing, though, has to be that long balcony with amazing views of the sea. It's fast to walk down to town, though you have to take it easy when walking back up the hill -it is steep. An easy 30-min drive to Dubrovnik, and less than 10 min to the airport. It has a parking space by the entrance to the building -and the road going into the apartment block has the best sunset views in Cavtat.

Negative: As I said, it's expensive. But all the region is. The little road going towards the building does not seem fully urbanised yet, and the rubbish bin is quite a walk away.

Positive: Beautiful views, modern well kept and well equipped. Beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home. Great bedrooms, the two en-suite rooms with sea views were particularly impressive , Great communication with the host, helpful, punctual and more than anything just seemed like a friendly and decent person to deal with, the online welcome app was very particularly useful

Negative: Not so much the property, although short in distance it is a bit of a climb back up from the town centre, something to consider in your planning for older or little feet, but once you get back into apartment it’s paradise again! The drive/walk into the immediate area is a bit run down with some discarded household items/ cars but don’t let this scare you as you approach the luxury ahead

Positive: The penthouse apartment was stunning, with a fantastic view and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, fab showers, excellent aircon, lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The host Ana was great, very helpful and responsive. There is a very comprehensive accommodation guide (the best I've seen) We really couldn't fault it.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. The walk up the hill from Cavtat was a bit tiring especially in the heat, but got my steps up.

Summary: A stunning penthouse apartment, the best we have ever stayed in on holiday. Highly Recommended.
