Positive: The rooms were nice and the food OK
Negative: The price you see is not the price you pay. We were charged a R2000 breakage deposit fee upong arrival and a week later have not received the refund. This is not included in the quoted price on Booking.com! We are a family of 4 that stayed one night. We would have to steal the TV to do R2000 worth of damage for such a high breakage deposit for a one night stay! Other things that I did not like: It took long for our food to arrive, but the food was not bad once it arrived. They keep wildlife in small cages.
Summary: The price you see is not the price you pay.

Positive: Did not have breakfast.
Negative: Had 2 different rooms. The family room smelled. Parking and safety was a main concern: parking for overnight guests were occupied by cars belonging to people who attended a function, I had to park on the grass next to the parking bays. When we left, the gate could not be operated. Had to push it open manually. Also, no indication as where to leave the keys. Left it under the locked entrance doors. Did not want to leave it in the rooms' doors as there were people from the party frolicking outside until early hours.
Summary: Not that bad, but, for the price one expect much better.
