Positive: Unique view. Super quiet area, the house has a traditional charme. We had an amazing time. Waking up there and enjoying your first coffee with the sun and the view on the lake is perfect.

Positive: Probably the best view in Lake Como, Casa San Martino has retained its original charm (built in 1700’s )with modern bathroom and feels like home with everything you need to cook and enjoy this spectacular view. Reclining on comfortable loungers on a big piece of lawn, listening to the sounds of the birds and the stream drinking fresh mountain water from a drinking fountain. Memorable. Did I mention the stone wine cellar with a fabulous selection of local wines which you can buy and enjoy 🍷 All in all Fabulous!

Positive: This place is wonderful. I was not mistaken when I chose this particular location. First of all, I would like to note the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts, they helped us a lot during our stay. We are sincerely grateful. The courtyard near the house offers an unforgettable view. Don't be afraid of the road) It was difficult only the first time. Therefore, I would recommend planning your arrival during the day. The village itself, the silence, the singing of birds, the house and the atmosphere that reigns here - this is a completely different Como. For me, Lake Como opened up from a completely different side - more real and authentic) And we would never have had such a vision and experience if we had stayed in a hotel near the sights. We recommend!

Positive: Authentic fully equipped house in a small village with a large seating area in front of the house. The views of the lake and mountains are the major highlight - you are looking directly at the center of the lake (Varenna + Bellagio). Pretty remote location, so expect peace and quite (if you want entertainment, look elsewhere).

Negative: Please note that there is no possibility to reach the house by car. The parking lot is in front of the village and you need to walk a couple of minutes to the house.
