Summary: Laura was very helpful arranging activities for our group and checking on our needs. The house was exactly as described except the air conditioning was not working. Fortunately the temperature in the evenings was cool and Laura brought fans for every bedroom so we were able to sleep comfortably. The Wi-Fi worked well which was important since some members of the family needed to stay connected for work. Everyone had a perfect vacation.

Summary: We rented the Villa to celebrate my mother’s upcoming 80th birthday. There were 17 of us coming from different parts of the U.S. Ages ranging from 80 to 50s, to 20s, to teens and tweens. The villa was perfect. Enough bedrooms for us to fit comfortably all with their own bathrooms. We never felt crowded. The big patio on the main floor was the perfect spot for all of us to be together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The villa was an easy, but long walk into town. We did need cars for some of the restaurants we went to, but there was plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Laura was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would change is that in 2 of the bedrooms, there are only bathtubs with handheld nozzles, not a full shower. Overall, I would recommend this villa to anyone. It was a fabulous trip that we will all cherish.

Summary: Laura, the property mgr, is unbelievable. She went way beyond the call of duty - very accommodating, helpful, helping us stage a whole wedding related event using this villa a base of operations. Cannot say enough about how helpful and supportive she is. Villas is fantastic- spotless, spacious 9 BR, modern, right on the lake, incredible views, very well appointed, very close to Menaggio center, right next to a marina- amazingly spacious and stunning. Wow ! We will be back

Summary: My family of 5 stayed here for a week in July 2012. We rented the downstairs villa with access to the spa. With 3 young children, we were looking for somewhere where we could have easy access to Menaggio and surrounds and this was perfect. The bikes mean't we could make the easy ride into Menaggio saving us from driving as it was too far to walk with the kids. The villa is brand new, modern and very comfortable. The view was just amazing. Stunning. The agents were also very helpful. A holiday to remember.

Summary: Excellent place all the way around. We rented the main floor as well as the penthouse in Mid Sept last year. The personal service from Louise as well as the owner was outstanding. We were able to get a local deli with excellent food to bring over food and wine the night we arrived --outstanding!! It is only a 5 minute walk to the city center ( Menaggio and ferry). Golf is about a 10 minute car ride. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Every day we would get fresh veggies and fruit and bring back to the fully loaded kitchens. At night we set out by the hot tub and look at the beautifyl Swiss Alps and drink great local wines. What a great place!! My wife and friends want to return again to Villa Navalia !! Summary: Great house! beautiful overlooking lake, comfortable, new, well kept. Incredible place. Must go to cafe across the street - proprietor Bruno and his wife. Wonderful place - Bruno and his family were friendly and helpful!! Great for breakfast, coffee, lunch, drinks... House is about a mile from center of town - walkable but a might be a bit of a trek for some. Nearby restaurants (get recommendations from Bruno!) are wonderful... Would go back in a minute.
