Positive: Key box system : Smooth, easy to distinguish. Location : Great, walking distance both from old city and beach area. Room : Good overall, speedy Wifi, decent facility and size for the price. Staff: Quick & nice response, normally within 30min.

Negative: Noise: This is unfortunate but there was loud party noise upper floor throughout the night. Screaming, jumping, banging at 4AM. As is sometimes happening to Airbnb, there is a risk that you encounter those type of people. Hair dryer: Need to ask separately, not in the room at first place. Stickiness: Floor is bit sticky. Better having slippers.

Positive: Communication with the host was great. Good location. Easy access to the apartment. The apartment itself was very charming. Beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Unfortunately, we never could figure out how to make the coffee maker work, but we only stayed one night, and didn't discover it until the next morning.

Negative: The building next to it is abandoned. This is an area going through a revival, but still a high crime area. Our car was vandalized in front of hotel. Bathroom has no tiles on floor.

Positive: It was very very good. Location wise is 15 minutes walking to Old San Juan with great views next to the waterfront. Save to walk at night too. The rooms are huge. Communication with reception is great, all through whatsapp. Laundry room is great and hotel provides detergent for 1$. Wifi works well. Free parking next to reception.

Negative: Our AC in the living room did not work. We told reception but no one came to fix it. This wasn’t a big deal because it was the living room. But it makes me wonder, what if it was the bedroom? I would have not been able to sleep and I would have probably hated the stay…
