Positive: Breakfast was not included. But the kitchenette was super well equipped with refrigerator, stove and utensils, enough to host a small dinner party. There was even soap to wash your beach clothes.

Negative: The bed linens were clean but torn at the edges. The chair legs had no protective covers, and since the floor wasn't carpeted, they made too much noise when moved the chair to sit down. You could also hear the neighbors' chairs scraping the floor.

Summary: I visited for a conference but still got a vacation feeling due to the spacious room with sea view.

Positive: Loved the extra large bathroom, and having a washer dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We absolutely loved the view and people watching at the Caribe Hilton which is right next door.

Negative: I thought the balcony was bigger, it was actually more like a Juliet window.

Positive: Close enough to Old San Juan.

Negative: Old, rusted furniture. The door gets stuck while opening and closing. Window shades get stuck while opening and closing. We were afraid to touch it, we left it in the position it got stuck in throughout our entire stay. So forget about enjoying any supposed view. There was mold on the balcony wall, but I guess that's out of their control given the weather in PR. It was noisy. I could hear motorcycles zooming by all night long. And I could hear a baby crying from next door. I could go on... this place is so NOT worth the price. So so not worth it! Even coming into the apartment building, the hallways and the elevators had this very weird smell. First time regretting my choice of accomodation. It was such a letdown, and it dampened my entire vacation experience.

Summary: Not good value for money. If I'm being real, this place should be like half the price of what it's listed for.

Positive: The location was pretty good. It was slightly hard to find as it's a different name on booking site, in person its called the Lagoon Villas. There is security staff around 24/7 that lets you in the building, very safe location and no worries of strangers wandering in. The room was clean and was like a mini apartment. We had a full fridge, stove tip, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and pots and pans. We also had a small table in the room for dining, as well as a table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the beautiful water. The AC works great, shower is roomy, and the room was very homey.

Negative: It rained heavy one of the days while we were there and the elevators were a little leaky and had a weird musty smell after the rain. There is no direct beach access. Most of the building is older and not very modern. Still very nice. We had an in unit washer and dryer and the dryer did not work. I'm talking ran the dryer for 4 hours and just kept the clothes damp and smelled like wet laundry. We ended up running another wash cycle and air drying as the communal dryers were full.

Summary: Not bad, it served its purpose for our stay.
