3 Bedroom House in Cerro do Mocho, Almancil

Newly built 3-bedroom villa located in Areeiro, 5 to 10 minutes away from both Loulé and Almancil. Very comfortable family home with a private swimming pool and private garden, great outdoor and BBQ area.
This House has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, configured as follow:
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom;
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom;
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;
• Ground Floor – WC
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool.
The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with UK channels (BBC1-4, ITV, etc…), DVD player, several movies and a WII game console with some games. There is also internet access via Wi-Fi.
The plot is completely private and enclosed all around. It is appropriate and safe for children. There are some areas of grass that are also great for children and a ceramic floor surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is about 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost this service is provided between March and October.
The outdoor dining area has a nice size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ. Overall the outdoor is well presented and very private.
There is private parking in the garage located in the basement.

Summary: We have had a chilling holiday in Casa no Sol. This villa is very comfortable, with a very new equipped kitchen, which was a boom for us as we did a lot of home cooking. We would recommend this villa to our friends as is very comfortable & home from home. We did visit a few places & used uber which was very efficient. Summary: This was such a fantastic villa for our family, it was perfectly located. So many amazing days, waterpark, the shack, moon restaurant, steak house down the road, Tony Italian, the list goes on. It was our best holidays in the Algarve and we will be returning.

Summary: We were originally due to fly out to the Algarve in early June 2020 having booked with Seashell, clearly, the global pandemic put paid to that! The flexibility and understanding that Seashell demonstrated at a time business must have been extremely worrying was amazing, they could not have been more professional or more flexible, moving us to this June initially but then moving us again in February to September when things were looking difficult again, they really were outstanding! So, to the holiday itself, we were met at the Villa by one of the representatives who was bright and welcoming and were shown around what was an immaculate villa, tastefully fitted, well-appointed with every amenity you could want in a holiday villa, everywhere was spotless, including the pool and the gardens. The villa itself is set back from quite a busy road, however, the quality of the windows was such that it wasn't really a problem and in the garden at the back around the pool, you don't get any noise pollution anyway. During the stay, we had a couple of very minor issues which were promptly dealt with by the Seashell team. The Seashell team made us feel really welcome, they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible! In summary, we had a fabulous holiday and I could not recommend Seashell enough, I will certainly be booking through them again in the future! Thank you Seashell! On the basis of our stay - nothing!

Summary: Perfect house for several people. Has everything we need and is spacious. Private areas and super garage. Easy and quick communication. Kitchen is great for cooking, and there is a nice breakfast area by the pool An outdoor shower would add to the convenience

Summary: Perfect location for 4 persons and more. Everything was clean and the pool was stunning the only negative think was the low water pressure and the dogs from the neighbor.
