Summary: The estate itself is gorgeous with an awesome main lodging house plus two separate places for more privacy, and a great pool! It was unfortunate that the amenities were lacking: flickering lights, a broken shower head, ants in all the rooms, not enough toilet paper, and some of the bedding needed cleaning. The main house also had a sour smell. Perhaps this is due to a transition in ownership. We found out the property was taken over on the day we arrived. Thankfully, Damien, a maintenance worker was there to guide us about keys, gates, etc. He was awesome! So was Diana, who helped us out on the first day. Since we were only staying four nights, we didn’t want to keep calling for things to be done, as it would have interfered with our trip. The pool was a lifesaver! An estate of this size and beauty should have amenities that meet higher standards.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Sean’s villa. Would highly recommend to anyone with a big group, adults or family. All of the facilities were impeccable. The villa was very modern and clean. The pool and volleyball court were a highlight and would definitely book again.

Summary: Family of 13, including 3 children, had a wonderful stay in this stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Communication with Sean (the host) was excellent before & during the stay. Plenty of space for a large group with the main villa, two annexes and the large grounds. Lovely seating areas on the terraces for evening gatherings & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchens & clean and tidy throughout on arrival. Pool a good size for the group but definitely needed the pool heating which we added (additional charge). Not much around within local walking distance especially if you have elderly or young in the group but we used Uber taxis for getting around which was easy enough, always available and a good price. This worked out much cheaper than renting a car/van for our group size. Overall, an excellent place for a group/family stay.

Summary: Our group of 18 had an amazing time staying at the estate. The property was very clean and the kitchens were well-furnished with plenty of utensils and crockery. It is private and secluded, but just a stone's throw away from local amenities, restaurants and beaches. Fortunately, it is also in prime location for Ubers and taxis should you not have a car. Sean and Diana were both extremely accommodating and friendly, and made the booking and check-in process extremely easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the Algarve, and our group will definitely be back. Many thanks Sean!

Summary: Really great property. Kitchen well equipped, nice large bedrooms, lots of outdoor space for everyone to sit around. Few things were a bit “rusty” (think because we went early in the season) - things like washing machine didn’t work, but the host was very quick to come and help so that’s great! Thanks so much :) would definitely come again!

Summary: We stayed 6 weeks in this lovely property with a party of 7 people and 2 dogs and we really enjoyed our stay. The main house and the 2 smaller pool houses offer a certain privacy but also lots of spaces to spend time together. The view from the property is stunning (you can see the sea) as well as the garden is well maintained (gardener is coming twice a week at 8… starting time can be shifted to a later start which we did ;) The reason why we did not evaluate the property with 10/10 is, that for the money we spend for the property we would expect a better quality of daily used things like the washing machine, the dish washer and the oven. Also we had little issues with the electricity. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sean‘s lovely property and can really recommend a stay as the mentioned points above will be optimized.

Summary: The photos don’t do this place justice! The grounds (which are perfectly maintained) are large enough to make you feel like you have your own part of the mountain. Very close to beaches, bars and restaurants and extremely easy to order an Uber. We stayed with 17 friends and didn’t feel on top of each other at all. We ended up staying in for BBQ’s some nights as the villa was so nice. Sean and team were very easy to deal with and I would recommend staying here.
