This fully staffed beachfront 18,000 sq. ft. estate has 7 Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One master bedroom has a king bed. Six courtyard bedrooms have a choice of king or XL twin beds and the game room has three double size futons.
This villa is perfect for 14 and up to 20 people if kids occupy the game room and if infants or kids sleep in cribs or on blowups etc. Since there is no bathroom in game room only children are allowed to occupy this room. Limit of children occupying the game room depends on their sizes, ages and/or genders. Limit of two persons per room unless infant sleeps in crib or child on twin blow up. Two cribs and high chair are available.
Located twelve miles south of the center of town, Casa Gordon encompasses fifteen acres of coastal rainforest within Cozumel's "Protected Zone" guaranteeing limited, low density development and conservation of plant and animal wildlife. The villa itself is located on a beautiful stretch of white coral sand beach. Directly in front of the villa is the northern section of world famous Palancar Reef, coveted by divers, and part of the Mayan Barrier Reef, the second largest barrier reef in the world. These waters are part of the National Marine Park, and are also a protected area. The villa Casa Gordon is an eighteen thousand square foot mansion of Neo-Classic and Mexican Caribbean architecture boasting modern conveniences mixed with classic beauty. The estate is secluded, with a walled and electronically gated entry from the highway, but close enough to beach clubs, stores, and the village of El Cedral to prevent any feelings of isolation. The house is staffed by an experienced group of professionals, including a multilingual manager. All living areas are air-conditioned. The chef operates from an enormous and lavishly equipped kitchen. Guest comments generally focus on the magnificent villa, the beautiful location, and, especially, the great treatment they received from the staff.
Casa Gordon offers a full staff who provide normal domestic services as well as concierge duties. The rooms are all air-conditioned. Bedrooms are equipped with telephones allowing local, long distance, and intercom service, televisions with DVD players, and are all decorated and furnished with different themes. A media room has Roku Smart television and a wireless broadband internet system blankets the common areas of the house The Game Room contains the pool table and three convertible futons that can, in a pinch, serve as double beds for children. The Exercise Room is furnished with weights, exercycles, elliptical cross trainer, etc. Every bedroom has a porch and terraces, up and down, surround the courtyard and the main areas of the villa. The swimming pool with an "invisible edge" waterfall dominates one side of the house that also includes a dive gear storage room, dive gear rinse tank, shower room, and palapa with hammocks for escaping the sun, snoozing or partying. Volleyball equipment is available as are two kayaks and three stand up paddles.
Due to a full time chef on staff year round, please understand that only the chef is allowed to cook and only light snack, sandwich, or drink making is allowed in the kitchen.
Chef service package includes shopping, food, preparation, service and clean up. Drinks are not included except breakfast drinks of coffee, tea and juices.

Summary: We had the best time. Both families agreed this was one of the best vacations either had ever had!! The food was amazing, views, weather, service. All of it! We saw dolphins in the morning with coffee. Rescued a lobster from fishing string, saw sting rays and a sea turtle snorkeling. Deep sea fishing, massages on the balcony, the list goes on and all wonderful. Life long memories were made. We hope to return. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Summary: One family, three different households. My sisters 60 birthday and my grandson birthday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the manager and staff. The property felt like a lost paradise. The meals were all prepared for us, and the menu was superb. I almost felt I had to much food. The staff kept the place neat and tidy the whole 6 days we were there. They took care of every need. Drinks were available at any time you felt like one. The pool is so refreshing, I’ve been to resort and the pools are always lukewarm at best. This pool was cool and inviting always. The beach is about 50 steps away and enjoyable to swim in too. Paddle boarding and kayaking was awesome. The sea life was abundant. Just can’t say enough about this place. Five Stars and A+

Summary: We booked our 5 night stay with Casa Gordon over a year ago. Let me tell you. This place is an absolute dream! Pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are all very comfortable and everyone has a place to have a quiet moment when needed. The pool is so incredible and having it all to yourselves is magical ! We ate dinner ever night out on the deck and watching the sunset every night while having an incredible meal by chef louis and his staff and being with your loved ones is something indescribable. An absolute dream. Patricia was so amazing to deal with while planning the stay and assuring all meals would be accomadated for every need. (We needed some vegan meals and kid friendly meals ) . This will go down in our books as our favourite vacation with my exteded family of 14 !! Book this place !! You will NOT regret it!! Wish we could make it an annual trip ! Summary: This was our 1st vacation as siblings and after this experience we plan on more. Casa Gordon exceeded our expectations. Not only is the property amazing the food and staff made our stay over the top. Be sure to budget in a great tip because you will want to tip more than you brought. We were treated like we were at our own private 5 star all inclusive. It is a 20-25 minute drive from town (40$ taxi each direction). We did not have the need to go into town. Everything thing we needed or wanted was there. A few of us were divers and the boat picked us up and dropped us off on our beach so we only needed to get to the marina once for gear fitting. We just had to walk out to about waist deep. There are pool floats (4 additional after our stay), blue tooth speaker, and too many other amenities. We brought more than we needed. The house is big and has several areas to just get away and relax if needed. The massages on the terrace were outstanding. They have a taxi driver, George that goes the extra mile. I could go on and on. We will be back!

Summary: My group of 14 friends just returned from our truly amazing 5 night stay at this beautiful property in January 2023. The property is beautifully maintained. We arranged for on-site yoga and massages during our stay, which Patricia helped coordinate. The food and service that we enjoyed was truly exceptional. Chef Luis and his staff went above and beyond. The seafood soup is gourmet quality. Do not miss the Banana Foster! I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and cannot wait to book a return visit.

Summary: This house was so amazing. It was every bit the same as the pictures. It is large and spread out, great for a big group, everyone can have their own space if needed. The pool was delicious and the beach was private and perfect. The staff at this house are incredible wonderful human beings. They cook very delicious food and are so genuinely warm and loving. Summary: Casa Gordon is an old world Mexican Villa with all the charm and elegance you can imagine. We brought our adult children and grandchildren and created one of our best family memories ever. The staff was incredibly attentive and we were impressed at every meal how they catered to us. I’ve never experienced that level of service. Patricia is wonderful to work with and Chris set up jet skiis, parasailing, and massage right at the house. Aldora Divers was also able to pick us up in their dive boat right from the beach. If you want a vacation that is right out of a novel Casa Gordon is the one.
