Positive: Serafin, the guy managing the place was very kind both before and during our stay. Good breakfast freshly made in the morning, A/C worked very well. Perfect location to move along the Riviera Maya with the car.

Negative: Sharing space, the swimming pool is literally outside the room, which makes it impossible to rest until they close it around 9/10 PM.

Positive: We loved the fact they were so friendly and attentive. The little pool was great and we also loved the cat, Cherry.

Negative: The location was tricky for us as we arrived late ish and needed to get dinner but we didn’t have transport. They were super helpful at suggesting Uber eats and we were sorted. A little isolated without transport.

Positive: We were very well received, with local tips, coffee and water. There is a laundry service. The room was very clean. The service was very good. Polite and helpful.

Negative: It was far from the city center, if you have a car it is ok, and it is worth renting a car, since the trips are long and taxis are very expensive. There was no minibar and that was bad, we stayed for 3 days. The pool was dirty and the pool was small and foamy. We were late for the trip to Cozumel because breakfast was per room and if we didn't book in advance there were only later times. We were able to get the breakfast time earlier, but it is complicated to have one room at a time. These aspects need to be improved, such as a minibar or a refrigerator and coffee should not be limited to a specific time.
