Positive: The cleanest room, bathroom, I been to. Staff friendly and ready to help you. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, toiletries. Breakfast buffet were great, plenty of variety and tasty.

Positive: location close to xcaret , very good bed and pillows. good AC swimming pool seems ok - parking

Negative: First I was giving room 205 which was in terrible condition, loose electric sockets, dirt, stains in bed. After spoken to receptionist a new room was given 333, much better but still very run down hotel, specially the bathroom needs attention, quite expensive for the very bad condition this hotel is, breakfast very poor too.

Summary: Needs lots of maintenance, No worth the price

Positive: Breakfast included was ok. Coffee was more water than coffee.

Negative: I asked two times to have a hairdryer as it was already included in the price, but they never provided it. The bathroom towel for the floor, was taken from the first day of cleaning, I did not like it because it was very easy to get water all over the floor since curtain is too short.
