Summary: We found the listing true to what we found. Four siblings traveling together along with their spouses, 8 total. We comfortably stayed in this house, with enough space for us to gather or find a quiet spot. The kitchen was extra large making it easy to prepare meals or just get ready to go on the next adventure. We spent most of our time on the eastside of the island so the location was between Franco de Campo and Furnas. Staff responded quickly to my questions, even the ones not related to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: All five adults enjoyed staying at this property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities enjoyable. We rented a car which is a necessity from this location. Because of its central location, most sightseeing trips can be made within about 30 minutes. Even though our outdoor temperatures were on the cool side, we still very much enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the lovely surroundings. Communication with property management was excellent. We would all consider staying here again.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was very well organized. The check-in process was easy because somebody from the management company met us at the house, showed us around, and answered any questions that we had. The most important thing to mention in this review is how wonderful the management company is. My mother fell and broke her hip at the beach, and I messaged them on WhatsApp. They responded very quickly and guided us. They even called the hospitals on our behalf. Thank you for everything! We will never forget your kindness.

Summary: This experience was one of the rare instances where the reality exceeds one's expectations. Everything from the booking, the communications with the owner/managing agent, to the house itself was first rate. A wealth of information was provided both before and during our stay. Questions were answered promptly and recommendations that were given were excellent. The owner also helped by booking a charter boat for us (Azores Fishing, by the way, was excellent!). The house was beautiful and the view from various spots throughout, breathtaking. Everything needed was provided and the house and grounds were spotless and in excellent condition. The house is somewhat off the beaten track but most places on the island are. We would highly recommend Celeste House to others and return in a heart beat. Thanks to all who made this a trip to remember!
