Positive: The proximity to the town is excellent. Close to all the main heritage buildings of Georgetown, the clan jetties, and local bus stops. The facilities were kept clean and regularly maintained.

Negative: The other guests were mistreating the common areas and leaving a mess. Not the fault of the property.

Positive: Good location to attractions, access to fridge, coffee and hot drinks. No interaction with staff but the checkin process was clear and easy.

Negative: We were disappointed by our room. We opted for one with windows to get natural light but unfortunately there was not actual glass windows on the frames but just wooden blinds, which even when closed let in sound, mosquitos etc. The location is good in terms of distance to attractions/areas but it is located right next to a mosque. We have spent a lot of time travelling so are used to hearing the call to prayer but never this loud before, it was like the speakerphone was into our bedroom. If you're at all a light sleeper, i wouldn't recommend this place, although maybe the windowless rooms will be a bit better. There was significant damp in our room and it was very small with nowhere to put our things. Size is to be expected but the condition of the damp was not. The shared toilets/showers are located outside and so do get very hot.

Positive: The amenities were a MAJOR plus and delivered on my expectations. The room was comfy and the deco was vibey.

Negative: I wish the bathrooms weren’t on a balcony. Actually a bathroom is a private space so being visible to the outside streets wasn’t ideal.

Positive: The place is so gorgeous! And very quiet during night time. We have some good rest here during the day activities . Ac working well and wifi is good too . Location very strategic , can walk to Komtar mall and many attractions.

Positive: It’s a new accommodation in town but doesn’t have the freshly renovated smell at all! The bed is very comfy and I slept like a baby throughout the night. It’s a shared bathroom hotel but the hotel only accommodates dozen of people at the same time thus they are cleaned and well maintained. Very close to the hot tourist spots and restaurants. A cleaner is here to keep the whole place hygienic. Not to mention the indoor plants make the space really nice and green. Would love to stay here again.
