Positive: I loved the location, price, cleanliness of the apartment. I loved looking out at the water and you can walk to the dicks.

Negative: WIFI did not work and noisy neighbor slamming doors day and night.

Negative: Ocean view was blocked by a bunch of trees, unable to see the sunset. We checked out 2 days earlier because the toilet was not working. The room needs some upgrades to be old for the asking price.

Positive: We, a family of 5, stayed on the house boat. It was perfect when it comes to clean. Every thing that was needed was provided in the unit, and it was all in pristine condition. The view, and every bit of the experience was amazing. We got to watch jellyfish, a shark, and a manatee swim by. The sights and sounds of the activities in the marina were a great experience. The pool and the grounds were vibrant, fun, just great! I cannot say enough nice things about this beautiful little part of America. I deeply appreciate the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the fact that they offer this little piece of heaven as a place for others to experience.
